Amy Flood is an established Senior Marketing Professional with over 16 years of Canadian and UK/European experience, both agency & client side, across high profile brands in multi-media disciplines, categories and channels.

She joined Rogers Communications in 2016 and is currently the Director of Masterbrand, Corporate Social Responsibility and Employment Brand. Amy aspires to help Rogers on its journey to become the most LOVED communications brand in Canada. She is highly valued for her strategic planning and creative thinking & solutions for brands, agencies and partners. She is a collaborative, motivating leader and team player who invests in building trusting relationships based on transparency, responsiveness, and performance.

Beginning her career in London UK, she honed her skills agency side on the Royal Caribbean International cruise brand, re-positioning it for the European markets. Upon returning to Canada, she then spent 3 years at various agencies working on tech, retail, wellness, CPG & restaurant brands in both accounts & strategic planning.

She has spent the last 10 years in marketing, specializing in creative, strategy & brand positioning on iconic Canadian brands, touching major initiatives such as The Kokanee Movie, The Budweiser Red Light, Kraft Peanut Butter's 'Stick Together' brand platform, and Fido's 'Go Get It' brand platform. Most recently, she was instrumental in a repositioning of the Rogers brand with the new Masterbrand platform 'Make More Possible'.

Amy is a graduate of The University of Ottawa, with an HBA in Communications. She is a working mother of the most amazing 7 yr old princess in the world and hope’s her daughter will be an extreme force for good in this world.
