As a major Canadian organization employing over 26000 people from Coast to Coast and delivering a multitude of different products and services, we will discuss how Rogers is working to unify our role for cxs – can we change this to the full word customers, rally our entire organization around our purpose and bring it to life from the inside out, and leverage technology and innovation to empower Canadians to Make More Possible.
