ACTRA & ICA-ACA Joint Bulletin on the National Commercial Agreement 2011 – 14
June 17, 2013: At the National Commercial Agreement (NCA) quarterly interpretation meeting held today, ACTRA and the Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA) and the Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA), agreed to a continuation of the New Media terms and conditions contained in the NCA, Article 1820a, and the Local & Regional Addendum, Article 803a, subject to the following:
Effective July 1, 2013, the 2.5% general increase in NCA rates will also apply to New Media rates (see the attached rate list or go to www.actra.ca ); and,
ACTRA and ICA/ACA will enter into good faith negotiations with respect to New Media provisions.
