Two in Three (69%) Canadians Believe Advertisers Play an Important Role in Encouraging Consumer Spending


Advertisers are apparently doing their part to jump-start a sluggish economy, as two in three (69%) Canadians agree that ‘advertising plays an important role in encouraging consumer spending’, according to a new Ipsos Reid poll conducted on behalf of the Institute of Communication Agencies.

Keeping it home grown, majority (65%) says most of the ads we see in Canada should be created in Canada.
